Does This Sound Like Your Daily Reality?

Living with missing teeth or loose dentures changes how you eat, talk, and show up in the world. If you’ve been working around these frustrations for a while, you’re far from alone, and better options exist.
  • Struggling to chew everyday foods
  • Feeling embarrassed by a slipping smile
  • Dealing with sore spots and irritation
  • Avoiding meals out with friends
  • Watching your jawbone slowly change
  • Missing the freedom to eat freely
  • You deserve to feel settled in your own smile again. A stable, secure solution can bring back the comfort and confidence you've been missing.

    What Happens When You Wait

  • Bone continues to shrink

Jawbone loss speeds up the longer teeth stay missing, changing your facial shape.

  • Treatment grows more involved

Waiting can mean added grafting steps before implants become possible.

  • Neighboring teeth shift

Remaining teeth drift into gaps, complicating future restoration.

  • Daily frustrations pile up

Eating and speaking stay difficult while the problem quietly worsens.

  • Fewer options remain later

Delaying can narrow the treatments available to you down the road.

  • Confidence keeps slipping

Holding back from photos and gatherings becomes a lasting habit.

  • Acting sooner often means a simpler path and a stronger, more comfortable result.

    WHAT ARE IMPLANT DENTURES?

Implant dentures are full-arch tooth replacements that attach to a small number of titanium posts placed in your jaw, rather than resting on your gums like traditional plates. Also called hybrid dentures or implant-supported dentures, they typically use four to six posts to hold a custom set of teeth firmly in place. Because they lock onto the posts, they stay secure while you eat and talk, and they help protect the bone in your jaw the way natural roots would.

Planning matters as much as the hardware, and at Liberty Dentistry we use 3D imaging and intraoral scanners to map your jaw and design implant dentures in Liberty that fit your bite and facial structure precisely. That digital approach means a more accurate, personalized result built around your anatomy.

  • Typically supported by four to six implants
  • Titanium posts fuse naturally with your jawbone
  • Custom-designed for a secure, fixed fit
  • Transformations That Last

Watch real patients share how their dental journey restored not just their smiles, but their quality of life. These personal stories capture the relief and joy that come with comprehensive, caring treatment.

IS IMPLANT DENTURE TREATMENT RIGHT FOR YOU?

Many people wonder whether they qualify for implant dentures, and the good news is that candidacy is often broader than expected. A wide range of patients find they’re a strong fit, even those who’ve been told before that they had limited options. A consultation is the surest way to know where you stand.
  • Have several missing teeth or are facing full-arch tooth loss
  • Currently wear removable dentures that slip or feel uncomfortable
  • Want a fixed solution that stays in place all day
  • Have been frustrated by adhesives and dietary limits
  • Are ready for a long-term investment in your smile and health
  • Not Sure If You Qualify?

Uncertainty about candidacy is completely normal, and it’s one of the most common questions we hear. A consultation lets us evaluate your jaw and health to give you a clear, personalized recommendation about implant dentures and what fits your goals.

    YOUR PATH TO IMPLANT DENTURES

Our patients often tell us the process felt far smoother than they expected once they understood each step. Every stage is designed around your comfort and peace of mind.
    1

    Consultation and Planning

Your first visit is about understanding your goals and your oral health. Using 3D imaging and intraoral scanners, we map your jawbone and bite to design a treatment plan built specifically for you. You'll have time to ask questions and understand your options, so you leave feeling informed and confident about the path ahead.

    2

    Preparing Your Smile

If any remaining teeth need attention or your jaw needs preparation, we handle that gently before moving forward. Some patients need bone grafting to build a strong foundation, and we'll explain whether that applies to you. Comfort measures keep this stage relaxed, and you'll know exactly what to expect at every point.

    3

    Placing Your Implants

On placement day, we position the titanium posts that will anchor your new teeth. Local anesthesia keeps you comfortable throughout, and most patients are surprised by how manageable the experience feels. These posts become the secure foundation for your implant dentures, and many people leave with a temporary set the same day.

    4

    Healing and Integration

Over the following weeks, the posts fuse naturally with your jawbone, creating a stable anchor. We check in during this stage to make sure everything is progressing comfortably. You'll wear a temporary restoration so you can eat and smile while your foundation strengthens, keeping daily life as normal as possible.

    5

    Your Final Restoration

Once healing is complete, we secure your custom-designed final teeth. We fine-tune the fit and bite until everything feels natural and comfortable. You walk out with a full, stable smile that lets you eat, speak, and laugh with total freedom.

Ready to Reclaim Your Confident Smile?

WHAT TO EXPECT After Implant Denture Treatment

Most patients are surprised by how manageable recovery from implant dentures turns out to be. Some healing time is part of the process, and our team supports you at every stage.

    First 24 to 48 Hours

Expect mild swelling and some tenderness around the treatment area, which is completely normal. Rest, stick to soft foods, and follow the simple care steps we provide. Most patients find this stage far easier than anticipated and settle in comfortably within a day or two.

    First 1 to 2 Weeks

Any initial discomfort continues to fade as your gums begin to heal. You'll gradually return to more of your normal routine while sticking with softer foods. Most people feel noticeably better each day and are pleased with how smoothly things progress during this window.

    Long-Term Healing

Over the following months, the implants fuse securely with your jawbone to create a lasting foundation. This quiet healing happens beneath the surface while you go about daily life. By the end, you have the stable, comfortable base your final teeth are built on.

Every patient heals a little differently, so timelines can vary from one person to the next. We’ll give you a personalized aftercare plan with clear instructions, and our team stays available whenever you have questions.

    IMPLANT DENTURES FAQs

We know choosing a tooth replacement is a big decision, and questions are natural. Below are answers to what patients ask us most about implant dentures, from comfort and timing to daily care and long-term results.

Are implant dentures painful to get?

Most patients are surprised by how comfortable the process is. Local anesthesia keeps you relaxed during placement, and afterward you can expect mild tenderness rather than significant discomfort. Over-the-counter pain relief handles most soreness, and the majority of people return to normal routines quickly.
With proper care, implant dentures are designed to last for decades. The titanium posts often serve you for the rest of your life, while the attached teeth may need occasional maintenance over the years. Good oral hygiene and regular checkups keep everything in strong shape long-term.
Most implant denture treatments use four to six posts to support a full arch of teeth. The exact number depends on your jawbone, your bite, and your specific goals. During your consultation, we map your anatomy with 3D imaging to determine the ideal plan for you.
Yes. Your teeth are custom-designed to match your facial features, smile, and natural proportions. Because the restoration is fixed securely to the implants, it also functions like natural teeth. Most people find the final result looks and feels remarkably close to what nature gave them.
Once you’ve fully healed, you can enjoy the foods you love again. Because the teeth are anchored to your jaw rather than resting on your gums, they stay stable while you chew. Many patients tell us this renewed freedom at mealtimes is the change they appreciate most.
Not really. You care for them much like natural teeth, with daily brushing and regular dental visits. There are no messy adhesives or nightly soaking routines. We’ll walk you through simple maintenance during your visits so keeping your smile healthy stays easy and straightforward.
Age itself rarely rules anyone out. What matters more is your overall health and the condition of your jawbone. Many older adults are excellent candidates and enjoy wonderful results. A consultation lets us assess your individual situation and give you a clear, honest recommendation.
This is a common concern, and it’s often solvable. Bone grafting can build up a strong foundation when needed, making implant dentures possible for many people who worried they’d been ruled out. We’ll evaluate your jaw carefully and explain every option available to you.
Treatment typically spans a few months, mostly to allow the implants to fuse securely with your jawbone. You won’t go without teeth during this time, since a temporary restoration keeps you smiling. We’ll give you a realistic timeline tailored to your specific plan.
For many patients, the stability and freedom they provide make a meaningful difference in daily life. Eating, speaking, and smiling become effortless again, and the jawbone benefits offer long-term value. During your consultation, we’ll help you weigh whether they’re the right fit for your goals.
