Does This Sound Like Your Daily Life?

Living with several missing teeth or a full set of failing ones changes everything, from what you order at dinner to how often you smile. You’ve likely adjusted your life in small ways to cope, and those adjustments add up.
  • Struggling to chew your favorite foods
  • Hiding your smile in photos
  • Dentures that slip or click
  • Turning down social invitations
  • Watching your other teeth decline
  • Missing simple everyday pleasures
  • Recognizing yourself here is the first step. A permanent, stable solution could bring back the comfort and freedom you've been missing.

    Why Waiting Makes It Harder

  • Bone loss continues

Missing teeth let your jawbone shrink over time, complicating future treatment.

  • Shifting teeth

Remaining teeth drift into gaps, changing your bite and alignment.

  • More complex care

The longer you wait, the more involved and costly treatment can become.

  • Nutrition suffers

Limited chewing narrows your diet and affects your overall health.

  • Facial changes

Ongoing bone loss can make your face look older than it is.

  • Confidence fades

Every month of hiding your smile makes self-consciousness harder to shake.

  • Acting sooner often means a simpler path and a stronger, more lasting result.

What Are All on X Dental Implants?

All on X dental implants replace a full arch of teeth using just four to six titanium posts that act as sturdy anchors in your jaw. A custom-made set of fixed teeth attaches securely to these anchors, so your new smile stays in place permanently. Unlike removable dentures, this full-arch solution restores both the look and function of natural teeth without adhesives or nightly removal.

At Liberty Dentistry, we plan every case using 3D imaging and intraoral scanners for a precise, personalized fit. Because we design and mill restorations in-house, patients seeking All on X dental implants in Liberty benefit from careful planning and coordinated care all under one roof.

  • Uses four to six implants per full arch
  • Titanium posts fuse with your jawbone over time
  • Fixed restoration stays permanently in place
  • Transformations That Last

Watch real patients share how their dental journey restored not just their smiles, but their quality of life. These personal stories capture the relief and joy that come with comprehensive, caring treatment.

Are You a Candidate for All on X Dental Implants?

Many people wonder whether they qualify for a full-arch solution, and the good news is that candidacy is often broader than expected. This treatment suits a wide range of patients, even some who’ve been told in the past that implants weren’t an option. A consultation is the best way to know for sure.
  • Are missing most or all of your teeth in one arch
  • Have loose, uncomfortable dentures that no longer fit well
  • Want a permanent alternative to removable dentures
  • Have been told you don't have enough bone for implants
  • Want to eat, speak, and laugh without holding back
  • Not Sure Where You Stand?

Uncertainty about qualifying is completely normal, and it’s nothing to worry about. A consultation for All on X dental implants gives you clear answers and a personalized recommendation based on your unique situation.

Your Path to a Full New Smile

Many patients tell us the process felt far smoother than they expected, thanks to careful planning and a focus on comfort at every step. We design each stage around keeping you relaxed and informed.
    1

    Consultation and Planning

Your first visit starts with a conversation about your goals and a full evaluation of your mouth. Using 3D imaging and intraoral scanners, we map your jaw structure in detail to plan the ideal placement for your implants. You'll leave understanding exactly what your treatment involves and what to expect, with all your questions answered.

    2

    Custom Treatment Design

Before any treatment day, we design your new smile down to the details, using digital scans to plan implant positions and shape your final teeth. This careful preparation means your appointments run smoothly and your results are predictable. You gain peace of mind knowing every step has been mapped out with precision.

    3

    Implant Placement Day

On placement day, we gently position four to six titanium anchors into your jaw, with comfort measures in place to keep you at ease throughout. Many patients receive a temporary set of fixed teeth the same day. You'll walk out with a smile in place, ready to begin healing.

    4

    Healing and Integration

Over the following weeks, your implants naturally fuse with your jawbone, creating a strong, stable foundation. We check in during this phase to make sure everything is progressing comfortably. You'll settle into daily life while your new foundation grows stronger beneath the surface.

    5

    Your Final Smile

Once healing is complete, we secure your custom-crafted final teeth, designed and milled in-house for a precise, natural fit. You'll see and feel the full result: a complete, fixed smile. This is the moment your confidence and comfort come fully back.

What Recovery Looks Like After All on X Dental Implants

Most patients are surprised by how manageable recovery feels after All on X dental implants. Some healing time is normal, and our team supports you closely throughout the entire process.

    First 24 to 48 Hours

Expect mild swelling and some tenderness as your mouth begins to heal, which is completely normal. Rest, stick to soft foods, and follow the simple guidance we provide. Most patients find this early phase far more comfortable than they anticipated.

    First 1 to 2 Weeks

Any initial discomfort continues to ease, and you'll gradually return to your normal routine. You'll stay on softer foods while your implants settle and your gums heal. Many patients feel noticeably better within just a few days.

    Long-Term Healing

Over the coming months, your implants fully fuse with your jawbone to form a lasting foundation. During this time you'll enjoy your temporary teeth while healing continues quietly beneath the surface. Each week brings you closer to your complete, permanent smile.

Every patient heals a little differently, so your care won’t be one-size-fits-all. We’ll give you a personalized aftercare plan with clear instructions and direct access to our team whenever you have questions.

All on X Dental Implants FAQs

We know a full-arch treatment brings plenty of questions, and we’re happy to answer every one. Below are some of the things patients ask us most often. If you don’t see your question here, we’re always glad to talk it through with you.

How many implants does All on X use?

The name refers to using a variable number of implants, typically four to six per arch, depending on your needs. This approach provides strong support for a full set of fixed teeth while working efficiently with your available bone structure.
Yes. Your final restoration is custom-designed to match natural tooth color, shape, and proportions. We mill your teeth in-house, which lets us fine-tune the fit and appearance so your smile looks complete and blends seamlessly with your facial features.
Comfort guides every step of the process. We use gentle techniques and comfort measures during placement, and most patients report far less discomfort than they expected. Careful planning beforehand also helps each appointment go smoothly and predictably.
With proper care, this full-arch solution can last for decades. The titanium anchors fuse with your jawbone to create a stable, durable foundation. Daily cleaning and regular checkups help protect your investment and keep your new smile healthy long-term.
Many patients receive a temporary set of fixed teeth on the day of implant placement. This means you can leave with a smile in place while your implants heal. Your permanent restoration is placed once integration is complete.
No. Unlike traditional dentures, this solution stays fixed in your mouth permanently. There’s no removing them at night, no adhesives, and no soaking. You care for them much like natural teeth, with brushing and routine cleanings.
Many patients who were told implants weren’t possible still qualify for this approach, since it can often work with available bone. A consultation with 3D imaging gives us the detailed view needed to determine the right plan for your situation.
Daily care is refreshingly simple: brush, clean around the restoration, and keep up with regular dental visits. We’ll show you exactly how to maintain your new teeth. This straightforward routine helps your results stay comfortable and lasting for years.
Timelines vary by patient, but the full process typically spans a few months from placement to final teeth, allowing time for healing and integration. We’ll map out your personal timeline during planning so you always know what comes next.
Yes. We believe cost shouldn’t stand between you and a healthy smile, so we offer several payment options and can walk you through what fits your budget. Our team is happy to review the details with you during your visit.
