Your First Visit
Patients visiting for the first time will meet with the front desk first to complete admission paperwork and verify any insurance information they’ve brought. If we don’t have records or the records aren’t up to date, we’ll get x-rays. Then we take pictures and meet with Dr. Moses for a comprehensive exam so that we can establish the patient’s baseline. We’ll go over any concerns they have about their mouth and establish a game plan to address anything they want changed whether it’s getting a cavity filled or straightening a smile. It’s all patient-driven in terms of what happens after that.
